Phil and the team were extremely helpful, guiding us through the process of having shutters fitted. Phil gave honest advice which was based on what was best for us, not maximising the value of our order. David, the fitter is extremely thorough, tidy and accurate and the finished job is excellent. Phil and Dawid provided an amazing service from start to finish. Although it took four month for our hardwood shutters to be delivered, it was definitely worth the wait. Especially as they provided temporary paper blinds.

Very pleased with the products and service. Phil was very helpful and provided a lot of information to help us make the right choice for us. He helped us choose the right type of shutters, the best louvre width for our windows and the louvre split location we wanted etc. David fit the shutters for us, he was also very helpful and friendly and did an amazing job with the fitting.
We also got a few extra louvres for all the windows in case anything needs changing in the future. We cannot fault the service at all and would have already recommended Phil and team to our friends as well.
From beginning to end it was perfect! Phil is very knowledgeable, so much so we went with him over the others. We also had a product that Hillary’s and others didn’t have yet! We went for the shutters with the black out blind built in, they are amazing!
